An enthusiastic and engaging professional with a detailed knowledge of and passion for the Team In Training campaign that is able to connect, develop, and foster relationships with the Executive Director or assigned staff, volunteers and alumni in an effort to maintain a viable TNT presence in targeted markets. This will involve developing a comprehensive and accountable business plan that highlights opportunities through volunteer leadership and an Executive Director partnership to meet planned revenue objectives for the market.
- Partner with ED to develop business plans and campaign strategy centered around primary campaign initiatives
- Remote support of the overall campaign viability and strategy in assigned markets
- Partner with ED to identify, recruit and support League Leadership with the main objective of training and supporting these volunteers to recruit and support teams and individuals in their training and fundraising
- Support assigned teammates in developing and exceeding recruitment and fundraising goals
- Partner with volunteers and local staff to prospect potential Team Captain leads
- Meet assigned KPIs and position objectives
- Communication with Chapter Lead (ED/MD)
- Communication of cross campaign promotion (timing, reach, message)
- Communication with Region TNT Director (RTD)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 3-5 years fundraising, sales, marketing
- Experience in volunteer management and leadership is a plus
- Participation in events and programs similar to TNT products is a plus

- Strong people skills with a focus on customer service and volunteer engagement
- Ability to work independently and aggressively in alignment with a business development plan for the market
- Excellent time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong word processing, database management, and computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Webex)
- Ability to work remotely, be a self-starter, problem-solver and manage assignments without supervision
- Ability to work effectively within a highly productive and diverse team setting. Must be persistent, organized, and possess the ability to multi-task
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
- Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- May be required to move campaign materials weighing up to 15 pounds for various events
- Travel expectation will be up to 25% depending on assigned market(s) as well as region/national staff meetings
- Attend and support some selected and assigned Portfolio Events and possible key events
- Required to work evenings and weekends on occasion
