Educational Background: 
A bachelor's degree, and a minimum of ten years of leadership experience in facility operations, are required.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Strong proven success in membership and wellness are required, in addition to successful senior leadership experience.
  • The chosen candidate will be an organized strategic thinker with management skills, initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work with others in a supportive and collaborative role.
  • Candidates should have demonstrated applied skills in financial analysis, reporting, strategic planning and execution, experience managing large-scale projects and changes. 
  • Candidates must be technologically proficient, with Microsoft Office suite experience.
