The Midlothian Family YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic leader to serve as Sr. Aquatics Director, creating, implementing and supervising our aquatics activities and programs.

- To develop, implement, coordinate, supervise, and evaluate aquatics activities & programs in multiple pools or branches.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory, programmatic and budgeting experience in aquatics and pool management is required.
- Project management, time management and multi-tasking skills necessary.
- Previous Y work experience is desirable. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in computer skills with Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Must have current YMCA, Red Cross or Ellis Lifeguard certification, CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, First Aid, 02, and swim lesson instructor certifications.
- Trainer-level, CPO and water fitness certifications desired. Some evening and weekend work is required, in order to oversee programs.
Salary: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00
