The Northside Family YMCA is seeking a leader with proven relationship-building and communication skills as its Member Services Director.

The Member Services Director will be responsible for the overall direction and supervision of the membership department, where the focus will be on membership sales, growth, and retention. The Director will work closely with wellness and other departments to help take our membership to the next level through innovative ideas; creative programming; communication of the Ymission; and developing and maintaining positive relationships with members, staff, volunteers and community leaders. Responsibilities include creating programming; oversight of Child Watch; hiring, training, scheduling and supervising staff; and building community partnerships.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of one year of related customer service/sales is required, in addition to experience coaching and managing staff.
Skills/Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, innovative, relational leader, with excellent strategic thinking, communication, and administrative skills. Y membership and program experience is desired.
  • A Knowledge of Daxko, our membership operations software, is desired.
  • Applicants must beable to work a varied schedule with some evening and weekend work.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $36,000.00
