The Associate Teen Director will develop and implement teen programs, including Leaders' Club. Other specific duties include building strong relationships with teens and families; building strong community relationships and collaborations; and working closely and collaboratively with other departments.

- Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of age-appropriate, programmatic youth development experience.
- Applicants should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with staff, teens and families.
- High energy, initiative, and creativity are desired. Budgeting and program administration experience is desired.
- Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule, to include frequent evenings and weekends.
Salary: $32,000.00
