Areas of Responsibility: 

The Membership Associate supports the handling of all prospect sources (i.e. handling of telephone inquiries, interaction with web leads, etc.) and interaction with guests (i.e. tours, front desk interaction, service area collaboration, etc.) in assuming a major role with the Branch membership results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must be able to work evenings and weekends and local traveling.

  • YMCA Fairfax County Reston is searching for a Membership Associate (MA) to work in a dynamic membership team to build the branch’s capacity to serve the local community by welcoming individuals, families and corporations to the benefits of the membership.
  • This individual should have 1-3 years of experience in membership and/or sales; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $36,050.00
