Z3Talent is honored to partner with The Center for Interactive Learning and Collaboration (CILC) (www.cilc.org), a dynamic e-learning nonprofit, to identify and hire a Director of Major Gifts. Founded in 1994, CILC has been connecting members (teachers, schools, districts, parents, lifelong learners, and libraries) with global best in-class content providers (200+ museums, science centers, zoos, aquariums). CILC helps level the educational playing field for underserved K-6 students who lack the access and/or means to explore these amazing international museums and cultural icons. The Director of Major Gifts will develop the fundraising strategic plan that will monies for CILC. The Director will help CILC donors accomplish their philanthropic goals by developing a deeper on-going relationship with the organization. The Director will be expected to secure major gifts with the goal of raising $600,000 annually primarily focused on large gift targets. This position will be remote.
CILC seeks an experienced fundraising professional with a proven track record of significantly increasing funds raised and improving donor engagement.
Qualified candidates should have:
- 5+ years nonprofit fundraising experience demonstrating success with major individual and corporate gifts.
- A well-developed network with pre-existing relationships; e-learning connections are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, Zoom presence).
- A self-starter who is results oriented.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Market compensation including excellent benefits.
