To lead the PA State Alliance forward focusing on service delivery to PA’s 63 YMCA’s.  This position will supervise two staff members to deliver the following: building organizational capacity of Alliance member Ys; build strong networks to provide opportunities for peer to peer learning and support; develop Alliance infrastructure; form collaborations as needed to advance the strategic goals of the Alliance; advocate and advance the state alliance’s legislative priorities.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree 
Skills/Experience: 
  • Organizational Leadership certification
  • Requires 5 – 7 or more years’ experience leading or consulting in corporate environments and/or complex multi-site organizations
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Extensive background developing and delivering strategic solutions in core service areas
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills 
  • Must possess a proven ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with individuals across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Embrace a culture of creativity and innovation to advance the mission of the Y and the State Alliance 
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $160,000.00 - $175,000.00
