Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Supervise and oversee youth and family program staff and all operations of the youth and family departments
  • Work closely with Executive Director to develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting youth and family programs
  • Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with other youth-serving institutions and community organizations
  • Personally lead youth and family programs by working directly in ratio as needed or directed by the business needs or association expectations
Educational Background: 
Fluent in Spanish & English preferred.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Three or more year's experience in youth programs, including development and specialized program areas.
  • A Passion for working with youth and impacting their live in a positive manner.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the recruitment, training and supervision of staff and volunteers.
