Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Successfully drive process improvement efforts across the organization to achieve significant financial, operational, member satisfaction, and/or staff satisfaction impact
  • Work in collaboration with the CFO and all levels of the organization to take challenging, ambiguous, or visionary concepts, and turn them into well scoped projects and deliver successful process improvement results in a time efficient manner using the Lean and Six Sigma techniques
  • Train, mentor, and coach staff on how and when to use Lean and Six Sigma tools in completing process improvement projects while providing technical statistical expertise to process improvement teams as needed

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Program Management
Skills/Experience: 
  • 3-5 years’ recent experience in process improvement or project management required
  • ASQ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification required
  • Proven results in managing Lean Six Sigma projects required
  • Experience working with non-profits preferred
  • Deep analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Passion and sense of urgency for process improvement
  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to effect change with multiple teams across the organization
Compensation/Benefits: 

​Salary: $72,003.58 - $90,004.48
