The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing complete operations of the Copper Basin YMCA, a 24,000 square ft. facility serving over 6,000 members and a budget of $1 million.

The Copper Basin YMCA amenities include a wellness center, outdoor pool and hot tub, indoor rock wall, 2 group exercise studios, and a 5,000 square foot childwatch area. The YMCA is part of the Copper Basin Homeowner’s Association and provides pool memberships to all its residents. The YMCA serves as a gathering spot for the community and its residents.

We are seeking a passionate leader with the ability to run all branch operations and creative focus on new member sales and member retention. The Executive Director will also provide leadership to 4 full time employees as well as 40 part time employees.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of five years experience as a program/membership leader in a YMCA
  • Experience leading a branch or program in access of $500k
  • Experience in growing a membership base
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00
