Summer Packard Foundation MBA Fellow- Green Infrastructure Investments

This job is no longer available

Philadelphia, PA, USA
Full-time

The Green Infrastructure Investment MBA Fellow will support TNC’s Green Infrastructure Program by first establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to triple bottom line outcomes of green infrastructure projects, and linking these to cost models that consider the entire delivery process from pre-development through operations and maintenance. This will form the basis for a financial model and tool used to define the business case for investment in green infrastructure projects on private land. The MBA Fellow would work with state and local regulatory agencies and develop relationships with a variety landowners to discover opportunities for investors with the aim to create a full business model for an approved green infrastructure project or portfolio of projects. Ultimately, we hope that the outputs from the MBA Fellow’s work can be used to inform a public facing “Field Guide” to investing in green infrastructure which can be shared nationally and internationally to inform urban green infrastructure programs.
