Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the My Brother’s Keeper Program; including volunteer engagement, communication with stations and partners, and reporting of programmatic accomplishments.
Educational Background:
College Degree Required
Skills/Experience:
Qualifications:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly organized
- Strong time management, the ability to set goals and meet deadlines
- Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Highly Self-motivated
- Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office, social media, and databases
- Creativity and problem solving
- Ability to present and represent the organization at meetings and in the community, and to train volunteers and partners
- College degree required
- Prefer 2 years of experience
- Bilingual candidates preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
Full medical, dental and vision coverage at no cost to the employee.
Employer will contribute 7% toward retirement
12 Paid Holidays a year
PTO earned at a rate of 8 hours per pay period / about 24 days of PTO a year
