The Project Administrator is responsible for end-to-end delivery of creative assets across all platforms and channels to support the marketing and cause-driven efforts of the organization. This individual will foster an environment where internal marketing specialists and agency partners deliver their very best work to achieve desired results in a timely manner within budget.
Areas of Responsibility:
- This individual will work within our in-house marketing and creative team to triage incoming requests and see all company-wide creative projects through to completion, defining timelines and budget breakdowns, using internal and external resources, and monitoring project status to ensure that schedules, budget, and project goals are met and deliverables achieved.
- The incumbent will collect information from key stakeholders, and relay feedback to the creative team.
- Assigns, processes and coordinates multiple simultaneous creative requests and company projects within a cloud-based project management software system (Wrike) to ensure project progresses is on schedule; proactively identifies, communicates and collaborates with project stakeholders to resolve issues.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized and process orientated with excellent communication and project management skills. Possess a keen attention to details, and a basic understanding of both digital and print creative is preferred.
Educational Background:
Bachelor degree required; marketing communications, design, visual or liberal arts, project management related field of study or equivalent professional experience.
Skills/Experience:
- 1-2+ years of project management experience, ideally at an agency, design studio or multi-site organization.
- Familiarity with creative process, including tools (Adobe CC, Marketing Cloud).
- Proven expertise in marketing budgeting, production and project management.
- Experience with cloud-based project management systems such as Wrike, Basecamp, Asana preferred.
- Experience with CRM or similar programs in database management and fulfillment.
- Experience with WordPress CMS preferred.
- Experience in managing of creative talent (internal teams, freelancers, agencies).
- Demonstrated ability to interface at all levels of an organization, committees and partners.
- Microsoft Office proficiency required, including a high level of skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with digital asset management software (e.g. Bynder), a plus.
- Experience in print, direct marketing, digital, social, and other media such as, but not limited to, collateral, direct mail, billboard, radio, TV, event promotions, vendor relations, proofreading, press checks, data collection and reporting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro, and web search engines/browsers, required.
