Under the leadership of the Digital Marketing Director, this individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production of email marketing campaigns and marketing automation across the enterprise, analyze member behavior to implement marketing strategies, and take lead in cross-functional projects to ensure our email program scales effectively with company growth. 

Areas of Responsibility: 

Essential functions include the following;

  • Own daily production, scheduling, delivery and reporting of promotional and transactional email and marketing automation campaigns.
  • Convert and consolidate existing email campaigns on various platforms into single segmented automation delivery system.
  • Validate email functionality and appearance across browsers and platforms. Utilize member behavior and data to target email lists.
  • Develop customized customer journeys and email templates in Marketing Cloud to improve communication and conversion of leads.
  • Follow established tones, including brand standards, and execute within platform.
  • Analyze results of promotional campaigns to propose tests and ideas for improvement. Influence marketing strategy and develop new email ideas.
  • Maintain relationships and work with partners to oversee localization of assets needed to support campaigns.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor degree required; Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum 1-3 years email marketing experience with demonstrated success creating and implementing effective email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred). Certification desired.
  • Experience with email systems like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Lyris desired.
  • Drive cross-functional marketing initiatives with Marketing, Operations and Family Center teams to increase provider activations and member retention.
  • Experience with building scalable, broad reach email acquisition partnerships & programs, while assisting on-boarding programs to maximize engagement.
  • Experienced setting multi-channel campaigns for multi-location organization.
  • Strong quantitative, strategic, and data visualization skills highly recommended, and working knowledge of HTML/CSS and email design is preferred.
  • Understand the nature of email design, delivery, CAN SPAM and analytics
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
