We are looking for strategic and driven leader to be the Executive Director of Youth Development. This position is responsible for providing Association leadership for After School and Summer Youth Development. This includes aspects of staff development, curriculum, strategic planning, school district relationships, budgets and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership to youth development after school work
- Lead 30 sites - multi district program
- Top strategic priority for the association to achieve great outcomes and impact

- 8 + years of professional senior work experience in youth development
- Demonstrated success and understanding of volunteer and membership development
- Demonstrated excellence in operations, including human relations, budgeting, sound fiscal management, program management, staff development and supervision
- Demonstrated excellence in fund raising, broad development, and member involvement with additional experience working with the local business community
- Experience working with diverse and economically challenged communities
- First Aid/CPR certification
