The Newton Wellesley Weston Committee for Community Living, Inc. (NWW) has served individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families since 1972. Over its more than 40 years of operation, NWW has earned a reputation for treating each individual and family with respect and for providing services and programs that embody the best practices in the field.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the NWW Personnel Policies and Procedures and the NWW Policies to Promote Human Dignity.
- Participate in the implementation responsibilities of ISP programs designed to develop and/or maintain personal competencies.
- Complete all documentation responsibilities and maintain the confidentiality of all information relating to the individuals supported by NWW.
- Participate in agency and Department of Developmental Services training programs as requested.
- Participate in the maintenance of house, grounds, furnishings and equipment.
- Take direction from the Program Manager and participate in program and personnel evaluations.
Educational Background:
High School Diploma
Skills/Experience:
- Human Service experience preferred
- Massachusetts Driver's License
- First Aid and CPR training
- MAP Certification

Based on experience
Additional Information:
Part Time and Full Time position available!
Part Time: Less than 32 hours per week
Full Time: Greater than 32 hours per week
Includes evenings, weekend and overnight hours
