A Senior Analyst based in NPM NY working on the following:
Areas of Responsibility:
Daily-Weekly routines:
- Process vendor bills
- Process T&E
- Make direct deposit batch transactions for reimbursement
- Account analysis and journal entry reclassification
- Process positive pay upload
- Prepare weekly sales report for distribution
- Other projects as needed
Month end routines:
- Operating account bank reconciliation
- American Express recording and processing
- Recording of general operating expenses
- Providing marketing department with their spending recap
- Reconcile NPR Radio, Digital and Events Revenue with NPR Finance and NPM Ops
- Assist with month end close
- Other projects as needed
This person would report to the Controller.
Educational Background:
Minimum education experience, required or preferred. (Ex: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience) Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
Skills/Experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience working with general ledger systems and month end closes
