AIUSA seeks a Human Resources Intern eager to learn more about training and development while contributing to the human rights movement. This intern will be collaborating with other HR team members and will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with all aspects of recruitment;
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of on-boarding programs and training materials;
  • Maintaining employee files and records; and
  • Preparing presentations for Human Resources related initiatives and programs;
  • Conducting research and analyzing data.
Educational Background: 
Enrolled in an undergraduate program
Skills/Experience: 
  • Available part-time
  • Excellent computer, communication, and writing skills
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Coursework in Human Resources/Training and Development/Organizational Psychology/Humanities preferred
