Design, configure, develop, solutions for enterprise applications.Support all packaged software capabilities and integrations in the areas of Human Capital Management, Financials, Time Tracking, Absence Management and IT Service Management. Support benefit configurations in Workday for Affordable Care Act (ACA), Open Enrollment and other enrollment events.Develop and support Workday business processes in the areas of Human Capital Management, Time Tracking, Benefits and Payroll. Configure Workday security to provide appropriate access to Workday users and identify technical solutions to optimize performance. Design, develop and maintain data integrations between enterprise applications, in-house applications, and 3rd-party vendors. Design, configure, develop, test, deploy and support enterprise integrations and changes to vendor software based technical solutions. Configure and deploy new software capabilities and integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, Web Services and Java.Develop and deliver reports to support our internal and external operations.Document design specifications, installation instructions, and verify stability, interoperability, security, and scalability of system integrations.Deliver quality results during all phases of the development cycle, from business requirements to production deployment, operating under Waterfall and Scrum project management methodologies.Communicate with staff and clients to understand specific system requirements. Collaborate with software developers to select appropriate design solutions to ensure the compatibility of system components. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure sufficient and complete testing of delivered solutions.

Educational Background: 
Masters in ‘Computer Science’ or ‘Information Technology and Management’
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1 year experience as a Systems Developer.
  • Will accept any job title so long as it includes 1-year hands-on experience with: business domain, administration and configuration of systems supporting Human Capital Management, Financials, Time Tracking, Absence Management and IT Service Management; and experience developing solutions using REST and SOAP Web Services.
  • Experience must also include: Build Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Cloud Connect, supplemented with XML and XSLT; Build Advanced, Matrix and Composite reports in Workday; Create Custom Objects and Calculated fields in Workday; Experience with SQL, Unix, Windows commands and scripting. Knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum project management methodologies.
