The CRM Marketing Associate plays a role in the success of the CRM strategy with major emphasis on leveraging the voice of the customer to provide deeper relationships with YMCA key leaders. Position also responsible for creating engaging content for YMCAs to educate employees on Fund offerings and services as well as assisting in the handling of meeting logistics for Fund field staff.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Support the efforts of the COO-External, SVP of Customer Service & Marketing, Director of Workforce Planning and the Director of Education in key engagement opportunities.
- Able to implement strategic opportunities to maximize engagement with the CEO, CHRO and LPAs for all Ys which includes targeting prospects and creating demand-generation programs through Pardot.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of targeted content for YMCA’s C-suite and LPAs.
- Responsible for creating communications on behalf of the Y-Relations team for field presentations and follow up opportunities.
- Support onboarding strategies for CEO, CHRO and LPAs to include educational and plan administration content.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Customer Service, Marketing and IT departments ensuring consistency in messaging and to leverage synergies. This includes working with Marketing to ensure content on the Fund’s website leadership and plan administrator pages is current
- Acts as the liaison to the field managing conference logistics including preparing presentation material and obtaining all logistical details to set-up conference registrations
- Maintain updated roster of all C-Suite positions
- Serve as back-up for the CRM Meeting Coordinator helping with preparing field presentation material and content shipments
- Assist with inventory management of Fund promotional items
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or business disciple
Skills/Experience:
- 2-3 years of digital marketing and content development experience a must
- Previous YMCA experience desired
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized a must
- Salesforce and Pardot experience needed
- Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management internally and externally
- Deep understanding of the YMCA Retirement Fund’s constituents and operations preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and introduce new ideas
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task and work at a very fast pace
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00
