We now need a results-driven Talent Analytics Manager to join our Talent Management team.
We are seeking a results-oriented, highly ambitious Talent Analytics Manager to lead the implementation and improvement of processes for reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of our talent recruitment and retention efforts. In this role, you will work with members of our Talent Management team in leading to a robust understanding of Success Academy internal talent and external pipeline of over 25,000 applicants a year.
The Talent Analytics Manager will create new, innovative ways to interpret data, refine infrastructure to track recruitment metrics, and lead the use of our new comprehensive reporting dashboard for the 2018 fiscal year. All deliverables will be performed in an effort to recruit over 1000 quality staff to join our growing network of 46 schools. Reporting to the Managing Director of Talent Management, the Talent Analytics Manager will be responsible for:
Data Reporting and Tracking
- Measure and track weekly recruitment metrics for 100+ job requisitions from application submission to offer decision to drive effectiveness in our recruitment lifecycle process for our Talent Recruitment team.
- Compile, synthesize, and report data from our Lever and Workday systems to our Marketing and Leadership teams to drive our talent recruitment campaign strategy.
- Support in managing and reporting updates to our annual enrollment model, which matches staffing needs by school entity to overall student enrollment, and overall school needs.
- Lead efforts in creating and maintaining qualitative recruitment forecasting that will drive our 2018-2019 recruitment strategy
Technology
- Support the Talent team in reporting and analytics derived from our HRIS, Workday, and ATS system, Lever.
- Lead efforts in identifying business requirements and technology solutions to drive our recruitment practices. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, assessment and sourcing tools.
- Train and empower the team to utilize system best practices to drive recruitment and reporting efforts.
- Oversee and manage the relationship with Lever to drive usability and functionality of the system.
- Partner with our management team to troubleshoot and provide thoughtful solutions to drive a user-friendly, customer-driven application process and interface.
Project Management
- Oversee, refine and manage our staffing spreadsheets to effective track newly hired staff, current staffing, and overall recruitment needs for all of our school entities.
- Continuously track and communicate internal and external staffing changes to hiring managers, leadership and across relevant network departments.
An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, and 4-5 years+ of relevant experience working with data analytics and tools in a similarly, fast-paced work environment in areas of high volume recruitment and/or talent management.
A successful applicant will have the following experiences and characteristics:
- Must have excellent Excel skills and experience analyzing, manipulating, and presenting large amounts of data while maintaining data integrity, including data visualization;
- Must have experience with quantitative forecasting models, SQL, SPSS, ETL tools, and KPI reporting;
- Experience with Trello, SurveyGizmo, and Periscope is preferred but not required;
- Ability to communicate effectively about analytical methods and projects to both technical and business audiences;
- Are collaborative and feedback-oriented; and
- Have a strong interest in education and education reform.
