The Coordinator for the Brand Marketing & Content Partnerships team is a new position that will assist on the execution of tactical elements for campaigns within the department. Working within the seven person team, his/her charge will be to support research and reporting for corporate cultural campaigns, including: issue awareness campaigns; influencer/celebrity initiatives; and cross-promotional content relationships.

We are looking for a creative, detail oriented self-starter who is looking to expand their experience with partnerships while supporting a variety of initiatives.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Support Managers on the team on execution of tactical elements of the Brand Marketing and Content Partnerships strategy.
- Draft briefings and take/compile notes for both internal and external
- Data and analytic research and reporting for brand campaigns and partnerships including:
- Coordinating with the digital and analytics teams on audience segments and targeting
- Tracking performance dashboards and running reports
- Assist in the creation and distribution of internal reports/case studies for the department
- Support planning and logistics for mobilizations (music festivals, public conferences, marches/rallies) and be support on-site contact for all partnership activations, including:Coordinating volunteer / staff scheduling
- Compiling and distributing ROS / briefings for staff
- Supporting social coverage and collaboration with onsite partners
- Participate in brainstorming for reaching new audiences through:New social platforms
- Influencer strategy
- Support in growing the roster of celebrity supporters, including:
- Engaging in more active outreach and supporting the development of a new influencer strategy (YouTube/social only)
- Assist tracking incoming partnership requests
- Support a growing docket of partnerships work with internal stakeholders across the communications department, including:
- Digital advocacy campaigners, social media community managers, media, and analytics teams
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree required
Skills/Experience:
- Passion for environmental issues
- At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, sponsorship/partnerships, or similar; preferably at a large nonprofit
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and shifting requests
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritize with supervision / input
- Experience tracking expenses within a larger budget
- Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Suite proficiency
- Proficiency with social media platforms, including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Snapchat
