The Membership Director will oversee 1 full-time and 1 part-time Membership Specialist and a staff of 15 Membership Representatives. The Director is responsible for recruitment, retention, member communication and relationship building. The Beaver County YMCA has just over 5,800 membership units and uses Daxko Operations and Daxko Engage Software to manage our business.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Director will oversee the Member Service Desk daily operations, build member relations, market and communicate with community, plan and host community outreach family events, and member retention.
- The Director will also oversee our Party Planner and all facility rentals.
Educational Background:
Individual must have a Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years experience in management. As well as experience with Daxko Operations.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $27,500.00 - $31,000.00
