The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation – the world’s leader in the search for a cure for cystic fibrosis, and one of the most innovative and successful organizations of its kind – is seeking an Event Support Specialist for the Minneapolis, MN Chapterto support the execution of events, event contracts, and auction program. Responsibilities include development of print materials, social media, data-base management, securing volunteers, soliciting in-kind donations, coordinating mailings, ordering supplies and answering phones.
Educational Background:
Two or four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred. Social Media/PR experience a plus.
Skills/Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of work experience.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and InDesign experience a plus.
- Requires strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and stay highly organized to ensure timely and accurate work.
