The Midlothian Family YMCA, a branch of the YMCA of Greater Richmond, is seeking a mission-driven an energetic Property Director.
This position will provide hands-on support to the branch, collaborating with and managing contractors, cleaning crews and other service providers to ensure day-to-day cleanliness of the facility, upkeep of the fields and grounds, and operation of indoor and outdoor pools, plumbing, electricity and other systems are kept in working order.

Educational Background:
A High school diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of one of related experience in facility management is needed, including familiarity with OSHA standards, emergency plans, equipment purchasing and lease contracts, maintenance management, and housekeeping.
- Applicants with both hands-on maintenance experience and experience supervising contractors and other providers, are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills are required.
- Candidates must have the ability to work varied schedule as necessary, including some evenings and weekends.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $37,000.00
