The Membership Director will empower others by sharing insight and ,modeling behavior, specifically as it relates to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and providing excellent customer sercice to Members of the YMCA.

Areas of Responsibility: 

The Membership Director is responsible for strategically managing and leading membership growth by means of marketing and lead generation, prospect management, conversion of guest to membership, membership retention and coaching team members to create an overall pleasant experience for YMCA Members.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $32,500.00
