As the Director of Alumni Impact Strategy, you will play a critical role in catalyzing our alumni towards collective action with each other, students, families, and the broader community through an anti-oppression liberatory consciousness lens and culturally responsive leadership. To develop leaders ready to address the root causes of educational inequity within our community, you will develop the strategy for 2nd-year corps member (2CMs) cultivation and retention and partner with the Manager to execute, leading the design and facilitation of leadership learning series. You will manage the relationships with organizations with whom we partner on initiatives. You will launch strategic programming to catalyze our alumni leadership in education, nonprofit, social entrepreneurship & innovation, and board leadership. You will grow the alumni advisory committee into our inaugural alumni board to catalyze collective impact. You will build the infrastructure, systems, and protocols for a more seamless alumni experience. You will lead our region in setting the strategy for and executing the alumni survey. You will partner with the Manager often in working towards this vision and the Managing Director to hone systems and processes on your functional team. As a leader, you will exemplify both our TFA and Las Vegas Valley cultural values while fulfilling our mission through regional and organizational priorities.
