Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage all accounts payable checks to vendors, this includes entering invoices and printing checks.
- Processes semi-monthly payroll for the Association.
- Monitor all invoices, PO's and check requests received to verify that policies are being followed and that account information is correct.
- Keep vendor information updated including W-9's.
- File 1099's on an annual basis.
- Responsible for training all staff as needed on finance department procedures as it relates to accounts payable and billing.
- Process all employee reimbursement checks.
- Process billing to third party agencies, including but not limited to childcare and Membership agencies.
- Track and monitor Association staff driving records and documents.
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by the VP Finance/CFO of the Association.
Educational Background:
Associate degree in accounting from a community college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.
Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly: $16.00 - $18.00
