Responsibilities include the coordination and maintenance of staff files and program certifications in order to meet state licensing requirements; accurate entry, management, and reporting of essential program data to various stakeholders; facilitation of essential program operations including supply requisition, transportation coordination, and financial accountability. Consistent collaboration and communication with school age directors, human resource department, and community stakeholders. This a full-time position Mon. – Fri. working 40 hours per week with a full benefits package.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensures accurate and timely data entry for the various tasks assigned including child and staff licensing paperwork
- Ensures accurate record keeping of the food program
- Assists the school-age directors with site paperwork, payroll paperwork, and anything else related to school age.
- Communicate with various program directors as needed to accomplish administrative duties and field questions regarding the various projects assigned by various directors.
- May work in ratio at school-age sites if needed.
Skills/Experience:
- Microsoft Office – specifically Word and Excel
- Gmail and Google Docs is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Compensation/Benefits:
Hourly: $14.00
