School Age Program Support Specialist

Responsibilities include the coordination and maintenance of staff files and program certifications in order to meet state licensing requirements; accurate entry, management, and reporting of essential program data to various stakeholders; facilitation of essential program operations including supply requisition, transportation coordination, and financial accountability. Consistent collaboration and communication with school age directors, human resource department, and community stakeholders. This a full-time position Mon. – Fri. working 40 hours per week with a full benefits package. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry for the various tasks assigned including child and staff licensing paperwork
  • Ensures accurate record keeping of the food program
  • Assists the school-age directors with site paperwork, payroll paperwork, and anything else related to school age.
  • Communicate with various program directors as needed to accomplish administrative duties and field questions regarding the various projects assigned by various directors. 
  • May work in ratio at school-age sites if needed.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Microsoft Office – specifically Word and Excel
  • Gmail and Google Docs is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is a must 
Compensation/Benefits: 

Hourly: $14.00
