Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Develop and lead multiple staff teams through structured trainings.
  • Ensure risk management and safety policies are in place and implemented for all school-age programming including state childcare licensing guidelines.
  • Seek out information from school leaders and families to ensure we are meeting our community’s needs.
  • Work in collaboration with the three other School Age Directors and community leaders to ensure consistency in programming and staff training. 
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development or a related field
Skills/Experience: 

Candidates for this position must have strong relationship building and leadership skills, a passion for working with school-age children and their families as well as being highly innovative. This is a full-time exempt position working 40+ hours per week with a full benefits package including a free family Y membership.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Supervisory experience
  • Microsoft Office knowledge & Google email & docs is a plus
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $35,329.00 - $42,770.00
