We are looking for a positive, energetic individual to assist the Director of Human Resources with day-to-day functions of HR. This is a full-time hourly position working Monday – Friday. Full benefits package included plus free Y membership.

- Monthly employee newsletter
- Manage personnel files, data entry, recruitment, benefits, and employee wellness
Essential Functions
- Assisting the Director of Human Resources

Educational Background:
Associate’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field;
Skills/Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge & Google+
- High level of confidentiality
- General knowledge of employment laws & practices
- Database management & record keeping experience
- Excellent organizational and accuracy skills
- Employee wellness and payroll experience
- PHR certification is a plus
