Join our Member Engagment team at our Dahl Y branch in La Crosse, WI as our full time Night Lead. 


Help make a difference to our members and our guests as a full time member service night lead at our Dahl branch in La Crosse, WI. Hours are Monday - Friday 1:30 - 10:00 pm Full benefits package included plus a free family YMCA membership and 12% retirement after 2 years. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Create a friendly, helpful and positive atmosphere for anyone visiting or calling the Y. 
  • Addressing member or guest concerns and resolving problems
  • Contacting diretors regarding any staffing issues
  • Training new member service staff
  • Providing tours of the facility and signing up memberships and registrations
  • Providing support and guidance to youth and teens as needed
Skills/Experience: 
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Money handling experience with a high level of confidentiality & accuracy needed
  • One year experience/training in customer serivice, public relations or a related field
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
