Join our Child Care Center as our Assistant Early Childhood Center Director.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Responsibilities include working closely with the Center Director on a day to day basis, and communicating with families and teachers. Assist in day to day center operations including staff scheduling, enrollment of children, maintaining staff files, food program management, and administrative tasks related to licensing compliance, assist with curriculum implementation, and supply ordering. This full-time exempt position includes a full benefits package including a free family Y membership and is located at our Houser Y branch in Onalaska, WI.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Qualified candidates must have Early Childhood or related education coursework; leadership experience in early childhood a plus; CPR/First Aid CPR Certification; SIDS and Shaken Baby syndrome training; maintain 25 hours of continuing education in accordance with the State of WI Group Childcare Licensing Regulations; strong verbal communication skills and a high level of organization skills; ability to respond to safety and emergency situations; Microsoft Office and Google applications.

Required Certifications

  • CPR/First Aid CPR Certification; SIDS and Shaken Baby syndrome training; maintain 25 hours of continuing education in accordance with the State of WI Group Childcare Licensing Regulations
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $32,000.00 - $35,000.00
