350.org is looking for EECCA Regional Team Administrative Assistant, who will be responsible for supporting the EECCA team and specifically with day-to-day administrative tasks, including setting up a payment/contracts task tracking system, help calendar management, travel booking and expense tracking, invoices and reimbursements.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the EECCA team and specifically with day-to-day administrative tasks, including setting up a payment/contracts task tracking system, help calendar management, travel booking and expense tracking, invoices and reimbursements.
  • Other key responsibilities include administrative support during hiring processes and logistical support for team in their organising of internal, in-person meetings, volunteer trainings, involving venue identification and hire, travel and accommodation arrangements, including appropriate payments.
  • Will assist with any ad hoc project and emerging team-wide or organizational-wide administrative needs that may develop.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the EECCA Regional Coordinator.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Past experience with administrative work with a focus on finance tracking tasks, ideally in an international or non profit context.
  • Proficient with Excel and project management apps.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task work as a remote team member.
  • Solid written and oral communication (English, Ukrainian, Russian) skills and excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to develop effective work plans, organize details, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Has the basic financial numeracy to do budget tracking and accurate invoicing and other financial administration tasks.
  • Adept at booking travel and accommodation.

Desired (but not required) skills and experiences

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment.
  • Confident in using internet-based software for calendaring/scheduling (Google Suites and Zoom Video Conferencing, other)
  • Have an interest in social & environmental justice issues, and/or experience working in international contexts remotely across a variety of cultures will be distinct advantages.
