The Human Resources Manager leads a functional team responsible for supporting multi-site operations by delivering a range of human resources services to include HRIS (Workday) administration, reporting and analytics, onboarding, teammate relations, talent management, compensation, and compliance. This position also works as part of a broader human resources management team to support operational/strategic objectives and cultural initiatives in alignment with our core values and mission.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Lead a functional team responsible for supporting multi-site operations by delivering a range of human resources services to include HRIS (Workday) administration, reporting and analytics, onboarding, teammate relations, talent management, compensation, and compliance.
- Responsible for the tracking and reporting of people metrics to include turnover, retention, engagement, teammate mobility, etc.
- Manage the onboarding process and partner with management in recruiting and training & development to ensure alignment and a high-quality teammate experience.
- Engage key stakeholders to develop and maintain engagement and teammate recognition programs.
- Serves as primary point of contact for employee relations issues. Partner with HR leadership and legal to conduct internal investigations, advise management on appropriate corrective action, and ensure ongoing performance management.
- Support the development and execution of department goals, objectives, and long term strategic plans.
- Oversee routine compensation reviews, benchmarking, and annual incentive processes and programs
- Develop and maintain appropriate data management controls for teammate files and information.
- Maintain documentation of key departmental business processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices. Serve as primary point of contact for HR audits and ensure compliance to existing standards.
- Assist with all compliance reporting and regulatory matters as requested.
- Manage and negotiate vendor relationships as needed.
- Remain abreast of industry trends and developments with the goal of continuously improving human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Educational Background:
Bachelors’ degree required; commensurate experience will be considered in lieu of degree

- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with individuals in leadership and key roles.
- Demonstrated ease and confidence in public speaking.
Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a human resources management role required
- Minimum of five years’ experience within Human Resources required
- Minimum of three years of experience working within an HRIS system required – Workday HRMS experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience providing multi-site/state human resources support highly preferred
Certifications & Licensure
- Human Resources certification required (SHRM-CP, PHR, or higher)
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus but not required
