The D. Bradley McWilliams YMCA at Cypress Creek is seeking a dynamic, cause-driven leader to oversee our Membership Department. The McWilliams YMCA was devastated by Hurricane Harvey and the facility is currently being redesigned and rebuilt as a state of the art facility. The facility will include a large wellness area, functional fitness space, dedicated cycle studio, mind/body studio, group exercise rooms, 2 pools, large child-watch program area, child care building and many acres of fields, trails, ropes courses and an outdoor pavilion.  During our peak times of the year we have over 5,500 membership units which equates to over 16,000 members with opportunity for growth with the new facility and upgraded fitness options.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Three to five years previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred.
  • Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $66,000.00 - $72,000.00
