This is a tremendous opportunity to greatly impact the lives of children and families through YMCA programs. We are looking for an experienced Child Care leader to help create, facilitate, and implement curriculum, processes, and strategies that will provide an exceptional Y experience for our kids, parents, and families. The position will play a key role in the overall Goldsboro Family YMCA Leadership Team to ensure the highest levels of member and program participant experience.  

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Create, facilitate, and implement curriculum, processes, and strategies that will provide an exceptional Y experience for our kids, parents, and families.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in child care and/or youth programming.
  • Management experience and staff supervision required.
  • Computer skills including database and word processing applications, previous use with Daxko Operations in a plus.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal, public relations and communication skills. YMCA
  • Experience strongly recommended.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $32,000.00 - $38,000.00
