The YMCA Allard Center, of Goffstown New Hampshire, a branch of The Granite YMCA, is seeking a dynamic, innovative, highly motivated individual to serve as the Associate Executive Director.

Areas of Responsibility: 

The Associate Executive Director will support the Executive Director with branch strategic planning and defined initiatives, philanthropic goals & achievement, branch marketing plans, and other duties related to overall branch operations and success.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assuming full responsibility for day to day operations during the absence of the Executive Director or when otherwise directed.
  • Working collaboratively with the Executive Director and Facilities Director in the oversight, planning and managing of all building processes and projects as requested.
  • Supervising the program, membership and other directors' departments as designated by the Executive Director
  • Working cooperatively with the Executive Director to set and achieve the pholantrhopic goals for the branch.
Educational Background: 
Candidate should possess a BS degree in an appropriately related field of study and meet the abilities to become a multi-team leader in the Y movement.
Skills/Experience: 

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and possess a strong knowledge in developing multi-level systems and leadership for the branch and departments that are overseen.

Candidate will possess strong personnel and fiscal management skills. The ability to organize and ability to multi-task various projects will also be a crucial skill.

Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary Range: $48,000 to $60,000 with a full range of benefits including health, dental, generous paid time off program, retirement plan, free 2 Adult Family membership, as well as discounts on YMCA childcare and programs.
