Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Supervise and oversee sports staff, volunteers and all operations of the sports department.
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting sports programs
  • Create positive lasting members for each sport participant and volunteer each day

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum age of 21
  • A passion for working with youth
  • YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
  • Minimum two years working in sports programming or related
  • Experience working alongside and building strong relationships with volunteers
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $33,656.00 - $42,070.00
