Lead association engagement and acquisition strategy and execution of corporate/group membership. Develop strategies to increase number of off-site wellness offerings and wellness program referral relationships. Manages daily and monthly administrative duties related to corporate membership billing, receipting, reporting, tracking and auditing. Serve as the association contact for current and new corporate/group partners. Work with branches to identify and engage new potential corporate partners as well as increase engagement of current partners. Oversee membership administrative duties relate together 20 membership referral program, insurance submittals and payers, nationwide membership and employee memberships. Support branches in membership operations, membership engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ensures all administrative tasks related to corporate/group membership including billing, invoicing, payroll deduction forms, tracking and reporting are completed accurately and timely
- Increases membership sales by identifying and engaging new corporate/group partners. Promotes the value of membership to businesses/organizations by communicating the importance of employee wellness from a financial, productivity, insurance, and workers compensation perspective
- Develops strategy to communicate, promote, and create referral sources for evidence-based health programming opportunities specific to corporate/group partners (Examples: Ongoing DPP classes hosted and funded by a company on behalf of their employees, Blood pressure self-monitoring program delivered onsite and funded by a company for their employees, etc.) Promote off-site wellness opportunities to corporate/group partners
- Increases membership sales and corporate/group retention by strengthening relationships with current partners through additional engagement opportunities (i.e. onsite membership drives, lunch and learns, incentives to join during specific times, employee challenges onsite at companies, etc.)
- Facilitates corporate/group events and participation in health fairs to increase the YMCA’s presence in the community
- Develop strategies with currently enlisted insurance providers and other third party payers to increase membership sales and engagement. Identify and evaluate new opportunities with insurance providers and/or third party payers to increase membership sales.
- Develops strategy to communicate with current and new corporate/group partners to share the cause-driven work of the YMCA to promote the awareness of financial assistance, donor opportunities, and volunteer opportunities
- Leads membership and wellness staff in training of new systems and processes related to corporate/group membership and third party payers and ensures proper implementation. Communicates new initiatives, changes, and processes in a clear, concise way.
- Supervises part time position that ensures all administrative tasks related to Together 20, employee memberships, insurance submittals, nationwide membership and other membership-related duties are completed accurately and timely
- Three plus years customer service, sales, wellness, and/or membership related experience
- YMCA Team Leader certification preferred
- Previous supervisory experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent personal computer skills and experience with standard business software.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
Salary: $49,000.00 - $54,000.00
