Under the supervision of the Vice President of Member & Program Services, the Membership Director will oversee Member Services operations, PlayTown at Fercho and Schlossman, as well as membership acquisition and retention at both the Schlossman and Fercho branches.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Leads the Membership Team to increase membership and reduce attrition.
  • Promotes Membership programs: Y-match, Insurance Reimbursements, Silver Sneakers/Silver and Fit, Locker Rentals, Family/Household Package, Y Child Care Memberships, and Agencies.
  • Oversees the PlayTown (Drop-in Childcare)
  • Responsible for Incident Reports and doing follow-up on all of them as needed.
  • Ensures the full functionality of Daxko, the member management software is utilized.
  • Works with Directors to offer programs, events, and specials.
  • Give direct input into annual membership and member services budgets.
Educational Background: 
Bachelors' Degree in a directly related field, OR an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training and/or education.
Skills/Experience: 
  • CPR and First Aid Certification for Adult, Child, and Infant.
