Come join our enthusiastic team in beautiful west Texas. The YMCA of El Paso is 133 years young and serves a vibrant two state community.

The incumbent will be responsible for multiple departments to include: Adult programs (land and water fitness), Youth Programs (including Y-Play/Babysitting), and assisting with outreach events such as festivals, health and career fairs.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Oversee adult land and water fitness programs of all types.
  • Oversee youth programs and manage special camps (summer, holiday, etc)
  • Manage special programs for families, such as Parents Night Out and special youth promotional performances such as mall demos.
  • Support association-wide events with peers, such as annual Turkey Trot Race and Strong Kids Campaign events.
  • Manage staff and volunteers to provide quality services to our community.
Educational Background: 
Must have degree in related field or equivalent. One to two years programming experience is preferred.
