Oversee the total operation of a branch, including member, marketing, program, facilities, volunteer and staff development, financial developement, community relations and collaborations with community agencies.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Overseeing all aspects of branch operations.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in human services, social services, business or equivalent.
Skills/Experience:
- 5 or more years of management experience, preferably in a YMCA or other non-profit organization with a proven track record of success.
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00
