Develops, organizes and implements high quality youth and family programs. You will become the Pied Piper in our community with your fun and impacting programs. This position works with all NON sports youth and family programs. This key position impacts the spirit, mind and body of future generations in our community. It takes going the extra mile to ensure the big and little details are well cared for and delivered with zest and precision.
The successful candidate will be a compassionate leader, able to work with all types of people in a wide range of settings. You will be a strong voice for youth and children in our community through this position.

- Direct and supervise youth and family programs to meet the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives
- Establish new program activities and expand programs within the community in accordance with strategic and operating plans
- Recruits, hires, trains, develops and schedules staff and volunteers for programs
- Markets and promotes youth and family programs throughout the service area
- Develops and maintains collaborative relationships with community organizations
- Develops and monitors program budget
- Secures and coordinates facility use for program activities and special events
- Models relationship building skills in all activities
- Energetic, engaging, enthusiastic promotion of youth and family programs and the YMCA as a whole
- One to two years related experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people from all walks of life
- Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
Salary: $35,000.00 - $42,000.00
