The YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region is looking for a Director to oversee our Business Office. We are looking for someone who will enthusiastically represent the YMCA by displaying a positive attitude, maintaining a high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job through the four-character values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. The Business Office Director will create a safe and positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals while overseeingall aspects of our internal and external business functions.
- Responsible for all aspects of membership registration and billing, including but not limited to:
- Verifying information entered into Daxko Operations by branch staff, including checking for duplicates
- Processing and reconciling membership drafts
- Billing collections for all paid in full members
- Communication with members regarding age change, NSF, credit card expiration
- Processing upgrades, downgrades, terminations, changes to account information
- Corporate Relations billing and communication.
- Serve as the leader and liaison to center leadership and senior leadership and/or volunteer leadership as needed.
- Supervises, hires, trains, evaluates Shared Services and Member Relations staff.
- Responsible for all End of Days from branches for the Association. This include balancing, working with branch staff if there are issues and bank deposits.
- Responsible for all third party billing including CCAP.
- Responsible for the workflow and projects for the business office and call center teams.
- Maintain accurate YMCA membership records in computer
- Manual billing and reporting for Corporate companies
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of supervision experience, preferably in a call center like setting
- Experience with a variety of software applications, advanced skills with excel preferred
- Ability to work well and effectively communicate with a diverse population in a wide variety of situations via telephone, e-mail and face to face
- Ability to set work priorities for the team and handle multiple tasks while ensuring processing and policy deadlines are met
Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
