The Quality Control Specialist ensures proper adherence of gift processing to established association business rules.
This position will be located in Chicago, IL and reports to the Associate Director, Quality Control.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Compare information, and data entry, on one record against same data on other records.
- Conduct routine analyses of internal processes.
- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs for internal staff members.
- Maintain relationship with outside vendors to ensure proper adherence to developed business rules.
- Collaborate with others within the organization to develop operational processes.
- Assist in the development and documentation of operational processes.
- Perform data hygiene processes on donor databases.
- Perform data hygiene processes on donor databases.
- Provide guidance and coaching to intradepartmental staff members.
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree required
Skills/Experience:
- Three to five years of professional experience required
- Working knowledge of relational database systems
- Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organization skills
