The Data Administrative Assistant will assist in managing data and business processes that underpin the rollup of fundraising data. The Data Administrative Assistant will support the Manager of Donor Systems to ensure the donor data strategic advancement services including data entry, data maintenance and data integrity.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Raiser’s Edge database, including but not limited to: Assist with constituent data entry and support the maintenance of the database.
  • Assist with research, collection, and organization of data in the CRM.
  • Provide administrative support, including report generation, in conjunction with the Y’s Fundraising Fitness Test (FFT) platform.Assist with facilitating projects, which involves tracking responsibilities, setting and tracking timelines and deliverables, and following-up to ensure completion.
  • Assist with updating best practices handbooks and documents.
  • Assist with the mailing of acknowledgement letters.
  • Assist in performing CRM integration testing.
  • Assist with coding and preparing input and output data for computer-based systems.
  • Oversees the filing, storage and maintenance of departmental files.
  • Reviews request for contract review and manages internal approval.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. 
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum 2 years of non-profit experience is required
  • Must be proficient with fundraising or similar database management and reporting systems (Raiser’s Edge experience is strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of philanthropic and donor-centric best practices preferred
  • Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and/or tasks simultaneously is required
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must possess effective problem-solving skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Requires a commitment to the YMCA character development values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00
