Sr. Associate Director, Database Development

General Summary
We are looking for a customer service and goal oriented individual to join our IT team who will be responsible for partnering with multi-disciplined teams in implementing and supporting shared fundraising solutions throughout the Association. Development and support of business intelligence systems to support all national and chapter mission related activities.
This position can be performed remotely and reports to the Director, Business Intelligence.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintains documentation of database procedures, methods, tasks, standards, etc.
- Conducts continuous process review and communication with team on the status of problems and fixes. Performs business analysis and adjusts database strategies accordingly.
- Builds and maintains interfaces from OmniPoint and Strategy and Analytics Warehouse for NCOA and data appends to TA, Personify and LO/LO Canada
- Identifies database and interface challenges for chapters related to ALZUnited.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Sciences or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in Information Technology delivering high impact technology solutions.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT project and vendor management experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience with SQL Server Integration Services, or similar ETL solutions
