The Stewardship Compliance & Asset Portfolio Manager is responsible for furthering the Conservancy’s strategic goals by overseeing all aspects of the Colorado chapter’s Conservation Easement and Preserve Compliance Program and by leading efforts to evaluate and implement key real estate transfers as part of an overall asset portfolio management strategy. This is a two-year term position with a possibility of extension, based in Boulder, Colorado.
The Stewardship Compliance & Asset Portfolio Manager works closely with the Director of Land & Water Protection to evaluate our portfolio of conservation lands – our conservation easements, preserves, and other lands we manage -- set priorities, and make recommendations on the future ownership and management of these assets. The Manager serves as the lead negotiator and manages all aspects of a relevant set of transactions.
The Manager also oversees the Conservation Easement and Preserve Compliance Program for the chapter, working closely with Stewardship and Monitoring staff to ensure that issues are addressed, and accurate records kept.
